Kap 2 Intro and how I realized non dual Gnosis

I discovered the non-dual path of Gnosis via Kundalini activation. This is when we make direct contact with celestial beings via lucid awareness. Activation happens when our Crown Chakra switches on (the crown is like the combination lock on a safe). This experience stays with a person and doesn't leave, unlike awakening). The problem with activation is the lack of sleep due to intense energies at night.

Some people may have experienced a lack of sleep due to intense energy. It is probably a common problem with Kundalini syndrome. You could recite a prayer at night, and then the crown energy would jump into operation every night within a few seconds. Also it was revealed to me that less sleep was part of the divine path, nice lol. When I went to sleep, I would encounter different Gods and beings (while lucid dreaming). How i discovered non-dual Gnosis is like this , my formless teacher mentioned about the universal consciousness and I mentioned it to my Buddhist friends after a talk, Immediately as soon as I mentioned it, I could hear the Devas (cosmic gods) say "he revealed it, he revealed it".

This is when the penny dropped for me :)
