Here are 6 reasons why mindfulness is only good for dealing with stress and a waste of time for enlightenment

Reasons why mindfulness is a waste of time

  1. The Buddha never taught mindfulness to the lay people. Yes it’s true, Buddha never taught it to the lay people. Why? It’s because mindfulness works well as part of Dhyana Yoga which requires a total withdrawal from the world. Not practical for the work a day world.

  2. Mindfulness will make you boring and slow. Constant practice will make you slow down your thinking, this will enable greater mind awareness at a price, you will become more distant to people around (people will say you don’t seem yourself) and also you will loose your passion, not good and not fair to your partner.

  3. Mindfulness will focus on the breath or air element. This is great for calming and purifying our extreme emotions. However the air element is not the God substance/nature, hence it will not lead to enlightenment(Ever!). Yes ever means ever!

  4. Mindfulness without shakti pat will waste your time. The true purpose of mindfulness meditation is to neutralise your karma , that’s what it’s meant for. It is karma that is blocking us from enlightenment. The karmic patterns have to be burnt called (tapas). Without burning the karmic patterns, you might as well give up now lol and take up golf lol.

  5. If you enjoy your mindfulness session and someone coughs and you get angry , you are going round in circles, sorry but its true. You are creating more bad karma. More dark clouds or karma are created.

  6. Peace in mindfulness is not true peace that leads to extreme peace of samadhi. Peace born of breathing is literally just quieting the mind which actually leads no where at all, not even enlightenment.

Now you learn hahaha.

I will teach you the right way to enlightenment. Do not follow the leader (head monk or guru or i trust him and will do what he says (same high monk or guru). I will show the correct approach.

Always question, reason, analyze and think again. Thinking is the awakening path.
