Further thoughts on modern Gnostic meditation

Usually, when we meditate, we try to quiet the mind by watching our breath.

Gnostic meditation aims to return the world the back to its source, consciousness, and rest in that space.I define the mind as the arising thoughts and forms. The space is the formless consciousness, the ousia.

So when I practice it , i look at the object, visualise the object with closed eyes and let the image dissolve into the space of consciousness. Also, i just rest my mind in the consciousness.

Thanks for reading ❤️
