Gnostic meshing

This is an important practice of Gnosis. Meshing is aiming to reveal the unseen. It is the same unseen as the 1st-century Gnosis. It is a mental recollection of the hidden essence. In Plato's words and concepts, Hypostasis (reality of substance) is the same unseen essence as is ousia. This essence is the essence of the only thing that is eternal in the universe. To realize it is to have Gnosis (oneness).

So what is it?

Well, everything around is made of atoms. These atoms cover the essence, which is the bare reality (being). Meshing just means to become more aware in your head that this essence is there but hidden. Like your TV set is made up of atoms and space, but hidden is the essence, which is, of course, consciousness. We can imagine in our head the hidden consciousness or being in the TV set, this is the oneness.

What good is that?

This is Jhana (knowledge of Brahman), yes in your head. Sure every thing is the mind right ? This is valid spiritual discernment.

Wait, its just an idea.

What isn’t an idea in the universal mind lol. Your intellect is limited by the ego idea. Gnostic meshing is a way to correct this. To do this, just imagine this hidden essence is in everything around you. If you find this difficult, focus on a single object.
