Praxis - Awareness of waking and dream.


This is a simple practice to do.

Wherever you are during the day , ask yourself , What is happening.

When you are about to sleep and dream, ask yourself what is happening.

This ties in what lucid dreaming, see Awoken app on an android mobile. Basically, you are questioning your state of awareness, which carries over into each state.
We can set an alarm to go off at certain times to develop the habit of being more alert. I define the mind as the waking and dreaming states.
