What is your mind ?
Mind is the images and thoughts, forms.
What is Ousia?
Ousia is the formless, spaceless nature, emptiness you see and not the images. Ousia is the Greek world for flavour used by plato to describe being.
What happens when we dream?
We cut off the senses and swim in the dream space.
Praxis :
Sit somewhere comfortable, fold your hands in meditation posture. Take a few lazy deep breaths. Look at an object, eg tv etc. Now close your eyes and visualise this object, colours etc in your mind. Hold it for 10 seconds, and now let it disappear. When it disappears, rest in the space of formless consciousness for as long as you can. Repeat.
This is resting in the ousia. This is resting like the ein sof. Mind is the images/forms and not the emptiness.
Although we are resting in the waking world, if we realize what we see comes from the Ousia, then we are resting in the Ousia.
Self - reflection
Instead of asking, "Who am I?" Like Ramana Maharishi taught.
Ask "What is the substance of mind?"
Ask "What is eternal in the universe?"
So what's wrong with who am I?"I" is the universe, which covers the eternal monad. In other words, we will never reach beyond with an "I". This is why I say not to say I am god because we are not god. We are in the universe that cannot know the oneness (god). We can discern it, this is NOUS. We do not know our true core, inner self god nature. Hence, we are all confused. When we realize what the God nature is, then we have Gnosis.
