The 3 spiritual bodies of Tibetan Buddhism and 3 worlds of the kabbalah are the same. When we are in the practical world, it isn’t just us. Everything is there. The same applies to the astral world. So the 3 bodies is just a simple way of explaining the 3 worlds. Basically, 3 bodies is easier to understand than 3 worlds.

There are many ‘I’s, not just us. Therefore, the ego concept is a learned concept and one not fully looked into. The whole universe is within us, as below so above. We can glimpse this in astral travel (dreaming). When we enter dreamless sleep (Ein Sof) , the whole universe disappears.
