Newsletter of Gnostic awakening - 20/11/2025 - The Dessert of the Real

Hello Seekers of the hidden light,

I write this newsletter in very cold weather. There may be snow fall today or tomorrow here in wonderful Ireland. I just realized that I haven’t sent a newsletter in a while due to work being done on my website.

So recently I have posted up the Gnostic lessons, concepts and Gnosis 101. These are are all related to Non duality and more correctly as Mitigated dualism. Yes this means the dualism is gradually removed as we delve deeper into the our inner mind. As this is non duality, this applies to Dreamless sleep, dreaming and waking. So we gradually remove the duality from the waking, dreaming and then end with the Eternal consciousness (realm of Bythos). This requires a focus on one’s internal awareness as one of my golden axioms is that we project the outside universe, world etc from inside ourselves. So we have to go inside ourselves to get to the core of our being. My Gnosis 101 posts explain they way to do this.

I have started my meditation posts which go into the technicalities of starting a meditation practice. I find reading books on starting meditation a bit boring so I made practical spirituality and meditation posts to spice things up a bit, abit like spice up your life , a song by the lovely Spice girls (Uk band). In practical spirituality I talk about how not not let spiritual realization effect you too much. Also my other posts in meditation, I talk direct with a no nonsense approach. Just a reminder, I had a crown chakra activation in 2011 , an ascension experience, so I can talk from direct experience.
