The 3 spiritual bodies of Tibetan Buddhism and the 3 worlds of the kabbalah are the same. When we are in the practical world, it isn’t just us. Everything is there. The same applies to the astral world. So the 3 bodies are just a simple way of explaining the 3 worlds. Basically, 3 bodies are easier to understand than 3 worlds. There are many 'I’s, not just us. Therefore, the ego concept is a learned concept not fully looked into. The whole universe is within us, as below so above. We can glimpse this in astral travel (dreaming). The whole universe disappears when we enter dreamless sleep (Ein Sof)
