This is the first of my general notes and chit chat. So I have completed 23 of the Kundalini Activation posts. This describes what I discovered over many years of spiritual practice. You know some people say these experiences are different from one person to the next. This actually refers to Karma. What I found is there is a common science through the shared universal mind. In other words, there is a common map to realization. Some of my experiences mirror Bindu realizations of the Tibetan Buddhists. I need to explain these experiences are not wild claims but actual experience over possibly 20 years. Gurus don't talk about the mysteries of the Crown Chakra, this is my special field.

You will have noticed I have copied the Medium posts to the webpage and this is keep a collection of these posts centralised on this Web page. Why all this Kundalini talk with Gnosis? My view is this, the inner light is one and the paths are many.
